Where do I begin? Five stars are truly well-earned for Smile Envy Dental and Orthodontics. From the moment you walk in, the professionalism and warmth of the entire team—beginning with the outstanding office staff—are evident and set them apart. I visited for two appointments: a cleaning and the placement of bottom braces. The hygienist, Rafal, was exceptional—firm yet gentle, and incredibly thorough. Though it was my first time seeing her, she made me feel as though I had been her patient for years.

Dr. Cao took the time to answer all my questions and clearly explained every step, which I greatly appreciated. I’m also especially thankful for how punctual they are with appointments. As a mom with two little ones in “Daddy Daycare” during my visits, that level of timeliness means a lot. Thank you all for your continued excellence—keep up the great work!

This was my first visit to this dental office. The offices were clean and relaxing. The staff were very pleasant at check in and check out. My dental hygienist Whitney was also very pleasant, engaging, knowledgeable, and gentle. Dr. Thomas was professional and welcoming. The entire process was efficient. Scheduling and rescheduling appointments is very easy. I highly recommend this practice.

The receptionists, Tony and Jonathan, are always very kind. I’ve seen Dr. Hobbs and Dr. Lofters for my ortho and they’re both awesome. I saw Dr. Cao for the first time today about a dental emergency. I called at 7:40 am and Tony was able to get me in at 10 am. I’ve been coming here for a couple years so I have some report with the employees.

Tony went out of her way to say hello and goodbye to me, since she was in an office and not the front desk. Although our interactions were quick, it meant a lot that she wanted to check in on me to see how I was doing. I feel like I had a lot of questions so Dr. Cao was very knowledgeable and helpful with his answers. He responded with the medical terminology and then simplified it so that someone who’s not familiar with dental work could understand. I feel very comfortable and trust the work that Smile Envy does due to their wonderful employees. Thank you for giving me a smile that I’m confident in!
