Pamela, the dental hygienist, always does a great job. She is a professional and is friendly. Dr. Tytyk assisted with my reconfinement for invisalign. She did a great job explaining the reconfinement process and has a nice disposition.

The staff are nice, but two complaints I have: (1) the office front desk always seems understaffed. On 2 different occasions upon arrival, we've had to wait for someone to appear at the front desk. Today, we waited along with a FedEx delivery person who showed up after us! (2) I don't understand why Smile Loft does not give their patients a dental care bag--you know, toothbrush, toothpaste, or floss, etc.

At 68 years old, I've NEVER not gotten one until I came to Smile Loft. This is a good way to try the products that the practice uses, and it's a good marketing tool for you as well.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Patel and his team during my extraction yesterday. From start to finish, it was clear that the doctor and his assistant were like a dream team—perfectly in sync and working seamlessly together. This made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the procedure Dr. Patel kept me informed at every step, explaining what he was doing to both me and his assistant, which really helped alleviate my nerves.

I was a little anxious about the extraction, thinking it would be painful, but was pleasantly surprised to find it virtually pain-free. I was back to work later that same afternoon, managing any discomfort with just ibuprofen The entire staff, from the front reception area to the hygienists and doctors, are incredibly professional and pleasant. I truly appreciate the care I received and can honestly say I don’t mind going to the dentist anymore. Thank you, Dr. Patel and team
