I have been going to Smile Magic since my son was 1 year old. He is 9 now! In the last 8 years we have not had any issues with this practice. Every visit has been a positive experience for both my kid and me. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and both dentists Dr.

Pushpa and Dr. Sharon are extremely warm and caring. They are patient, kind and attentive to all their patients, always taking time to explain things and make the kids (and parents) feel at ease. Would highly recommend Smile Magic Dentistry 😊

We started coming here when the children were younger and we lived closer. This is 5 years later and although we have moved to Loganville(about an hour away) I continue to make the drive because this place is FANTASTIC!! I can't say enough positive comments for Dr. Desouza and staff. I have 2 daughters and a special needs son whom loves this place.

They are kind and understanding with my boy, and treat the girls with respect and age appropriate ideas(like tell them what they are doing well or not brushing enough). I appreciate this dental office and how they remember us and make us all feel special.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!! Deplorable!!!!!!!!!! Jacqueline is HORRIBLE!!!!!! Jacqueline has NO customer service SKILLS and is beyond rude to everyone. Jacqueline will fight with you and your insurance provider and then hang up you and your insurance and not listen to the insurance explain the benefits and coverages, be extremely rude. My insurance provider tried to explain to Jacqueline that anesthesiologist is covered on my plan regardless in or out of network because its covered with the procedure , and explained they can NOT say it's denied and never bill your insurance. They refuse to do a pre D witch is an explanation of benefits.

Jacqueline argued with them and then hung up on them. My insurance is now doing balance billing complaint which is investigate for fraud and their business practices . They want to over charge you for IV anesthesia so they make money, a lot of money. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!
