Went in expecting to have a great experience based on reviews. Upon arrival everything seemed fine. Exam was ok, nothing special. I was asked where I’m from which I felt was irrelevant and somewhat implying I wasn’t ‘belonging’ in this area.

I was told they would contact my insurance for guidance on how to move forward with the recommended treatment plan. This was 5/13/24 and we are now in the next month with no communication from this office. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Kumar for a few years now. He’s always been friendly and professional. We have been very pleased with the quality of care as well. Recent staffing issues aside, we will gladly continue to visit his practice.

Like many small businesses, his practice is not immune to abrupt changes in staff. I trust Dr. Kumar will continue to serve his patients despite any hiccups.
