Dr. Masak is my favorite dentist and I wish I found his practice years ago. I was very skeptical at first (due to many previous bad dentist experiences) but I also had an open mind. DR Masak and staff are truly so kind and they all really tend to your needs and wants , they really listen to you. Too many times I have encountered dentists that are just out to make money but DR.

Masak and his lovely staff are nothing like this. I am truly grateful and blessed to have him as my dentist. My fear of going to the dentist is gone . 😊

I had not been to a dentist in 15 years. Throughout the years as a child and growing into an adult, I have had so much dental anxiety as a result of old school dentistry that I became terrified to sit in that stupid chair. When I called Dr Masak’s office to take that first step of actually making an appointment, Drae was so awesome and comforting. By the time I hung up, I was super emotional and she welcomed me with open arms and reassured me I was making the right choice. At my first appointment Dr.

Masak spent about 30 minutes just talking to me before he even looked in my mouth, because he understood my anxiety and listened. He told me that he will only do what I’m comfortable with. I’m now six appointments in and I can firmly say that I love going to the dentist again. I never thought I’d actually say that. But I look forward to walking in to see Drae, all the hygienists and Dr.

John greeting me as a friend and a real person, not just a patient. These people have changed my entire outlook on dentistry and I cannot wait for my 6-month check-up!! I can’t thank them enough for all their love and compassion. Thank you. Smile On Appleton!
