Will be finding a new dentist. My 13 year old daughter was refused treatment after being hesitant about getting shots to numb her. Mind you, she’s NEVER had a cavity until she came here. So she didn’t know how big the needle was. Was told she was giving the dentist attitude and she would not treat my daughter for her cavities. My daughter is now traumatized to go to another dentist so this will take awhile for her to gain trust back.

Hopefully her cavities won’t get worse. Side note, my daughter has always had a fear of needles and she knew she would get “poked” but the dentist did not make her feel comfortable, instead threatened her by not giving her treatment. This is very unprofessional as they work with children all the time. Also the policy of not letting parents going back with their children is very odd to me. Do not recommend!!!

The Lhagel

This has been my family’s dentist for years. They were wonderful with my children as they were younger, as they went through their teens and now as my older kids are now young adults! They eased any fears of the dentist when they had them. I just love and appreciate every staff member for all the hard work they do. Working with all of my insurance issues and for just being kind human beings. If I could give them more stars I would.

- best dentist in town!!!!! With covid I hadn’t been inside the office in a year and a half. These ladies were open and seeing patients when they were allowed to and were so professional. It is always clean and safe there, but now more so. I will never go anywhere else. 🦷🪥♥️

As a new patient who did her research, I was very excited to start my journey at Smile Plus Dentistry. With a bright team of intelligent ladies, I was treated with the utmost respect. My body was handled with comfort and care as I sat through both X-rays and a cleaning.

My thoughts and opinions were heard and honored when I was offered a fluoride treatment. There was no judgement while being educated from my new dentist office- and that is something that is hard to come by these days- a doctor who casts no judgement. I will happily suggest anyone looking for a new dentist to put their trust in Smile Plus Dentistry! Oh, and as if they weren’t kind enough to send me home with a small gift bag, a few days after my initial visit I received a hand signed post card welcoming me to the office :D

I am a new patient as of last week. Had a teeth cleaning and a root canal done here because I was experiencing pain. My last root canal was a decade ago so I didn't remember the experiencing. Smile plus was awesome with me . Gentle and very caring asking if I was OK multiple times during the procedure. I didn't feel any real pain after the numbing took action. Highly recommend them!
