The staff is very welcoming and friendly. That does start your experience quite well. You get a welcome gift too 😀 .. Dr Paul Kim is superb in what he does. I would definitely continue to be associated with Shining Smiles.

I just took my toddler for his first dentist visit and had my 3 year old with me as well. I was the only adult and they were being toddlers trying to destroy everything around them. I almost left because I was stressed, but both the receptionist and the dentist were AMAZING! They were so understanding and patient. Definitely five starts to anyone who had kids!

🌥️🙌🏽Happy Monday Precious Souls of God😃. What a blessing form The Lord to be alive another day!!! Ephesians 3:20,"Now unto Him that is able to do exceedingly above all that we can ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us. . . " This was another answered prayer for my household. I know we all have our own individual lives & experiences. So, I can only speak to mine & my household's. I was not asked by the owner or staff to do this review. God knew I desired to share. If y'all are seeking a dental practice that will handle you with care; consider giving Smile & Shine at least 1 try. God knows I'm so grateful to Him for blessing me to choose this dental practice for myself & my child. I needed a dental 2nd opinion & The Lord answered my prayer. After I called about 9 dental offices only 3 accepted our insurance. The other 2 places were a 'no-go'. I called Smile & Shine; and it began with Jane's excited, considerate, thorough & knowledgeable reception she provided over the phone to me.

Next, I was blessed to connect with Stephanie who willingly provided courteous, friendly & helpful service over the phone. They're both the same in person. I thank God for His peace in my decision to choose Smile & Shine. Now I had never been to Naperville for any medical service of any kind. It's 45 plus mins from our home!!! Now, y'all know it peaks most people's curiosity, "Why are y'all coming or going way out to Naperville???" God did it . He confirmed my decision during my 1st visit & doubly confirmed during my child's visit. We're treated as humans; not by our ethnicity, race; skin color; economic status, etc. Adda makes sure you're attended to; she listens & does her job with consideration for others. Dr. Singh was calm, courteous & considerate toward us. She listened & educated us; as well as respected our requests. So far my child & I both had pleasant experiences with this dental office owner & staff (we only haven't officially met Maria; yet); but she's working with/ for Dr. Singh I believe she's embodying the same principles. My neighborly suggestion is consider S & S dental. If you desire & need to be handled with care; please considering giving Dr.

Singh & the beautiful, wonderful ladies that represent S & S dental at least 1 try. God bless y'all Precious Souls of His. Goodbye✝️💜🙏🏽 !!! P. S. God knows I'm not speaking about dental emergencies; these are special cases. I'm simply speaking from my own experience. I've gone to dental schools & paymet plan practices too. However, when I have insurance I check for coverage of services. if it does not cover; "whatever it is; I just don't do it". In matters of routine checks & up keep just be sure it can be financially afforded (i. e. insurance coverage, FSA's, HSA's, etc. ).
