Zero star. Post button didn't pop-up unless you give at least 1 star. Very Bad experience visiting the Brampton Trinity Commons Location- I called at Brampton location to book an appointment for my kid with Dr. Black after checking the 4. 9 star rating on google. Appointment date was given after 15 days. On the appointment date, me and my spouse took a day-off from work for the appointment as this was our first assessment appointment.

We arrived 10 minutes before the appointment time, waited for our turn and finally called into the Doctor's cabin. To our surprise, we were informed by the Treatment Coordinator that Dr. Black didn't showed up for the appointment. I was so disappointed that the office didn't care to inform/email us about that. I specifically requested Office staff to book my appointment with Dr. Black only and I waited more than 15 days for this appointment. When I expressed my concern the Treatment Coordinator(Kim) told me in a very rude tone "WE HAVE ANOTHER DOCTORS IN THE OFFICE AND ALL DOCTORS ARE SAME.

" I wonder if they understand the purpose of booking an appointment with a specific Doctor. If I need treatment from ANY of their doctors, i wouldn't have waited for 15 days. If patients don't show up for appointment - the office will ask you to pay a penalty, but if the Doctor don't show up, it makes no difference to them. What a waste of time - I will never recommend my family and friends to this office.

The best orthodontists in Brampton and Mississauga. The whole team is amazing! They are so professional and knowledgeable at what they do. Every team member knows exactly what they have to do. My daughter’s treatment was very good.

She didn’t have that much to begin with but as we were making our scheduled appointments, we discovered that there were a lot of little details that we never thought of in terms of her bite. She followed every step as she was told in order to have a healthy functioning bite for the rest of her life. Now she has the most beautiful smile! Thank you Smile Solutions!
