Dr. Black and the rest of the team provide excellent care and go above and beyond for their patients. I started orthodontic treatment (Invisalign) for the purpose of getting a lower dental implant because my lower teeth were crooked and my regular dentist told me that I couldn’t get braces after the implant. There was a miscommunication along the way and I felt upset.

However, Dr. Black was sensitive to my needs and quickly corrected it and continues to provide excellent care. He was extremely patient with me as I was very sensitive about getting my teeth just right - it was important to me because it took me a long time to be able to afford proper dental care in adulthood and my smile is the one thing I could feel confident about. I really appreciate the level of care and listening that he provided in spite of it all.

I highly recommend their team for orthodontic treatment for you, your family, and friends. I got my brother’s teeth treated here (braces) as well once I could afford it and he is happy with finally having a nice smile to be proud of.

Doctors are amazing, no doubt. However, I hope the reception staff can pay more attention to the people waiting in the lobby. I had a 10:20 AM appointment and arrived at 10:00. Despite that, I wasn’t called in, and others who arrived after me were seen first.

One of the associates even called me to confirm my appointment while I was sitting right in front of her. She blamed me for not signing in properly using their computer system, even though this isn’t my first time doing so for my regular monthly visit. Overall, this place deserves a 5-star rating for the medical care, but I had a really disappointing experience with the reception staff.

We had an excellent experience with Dr. Black yesterday. He has a remarkable ability to make your child feel comfortable and at ease. It’s clear that he is passionate about his profession and truly cares for his patients. We visited for a second opinion and truly appreciated his honesty—he assured us that our child did not actually need braces! It’s refreshing to find a practice that prioritizes integrity over profit.

Dr. Black and his team have certainly earned our trust. We would definitely recommend him to others.

I can’t recommend this orthodontic office enough! The multi-doctor practice is a huge plus—it’s reassuring to know that multiple professionals are involved in your treatment rather than relying on just one opinion. The team is honest, professional, and incredibly easy to reach, whether by text or their emergency line. The office truly has a family feel! I’ve recommended them to several family members and friends, and I almost always run into someone I know in the waiting room. It’s a testament to how trusted they are in the community.

One of my favorite parts of the experience is the personalized videos they send throughout treatment. These videos explain everything step by step, from what to expect to how to properly brush your teeth with braces. It makes the whole process so much smoother and less overwhelming. If you’re looking for an orthodontist who is knowledgeable, caring, and communicative, this is the place to go!
