I would not recommend to anyone . I was sent to Raleigh to have a procedure for my daughter and was turned around because none of her X-rays were sent over. I demanded to have an emergency appointment after this inconvenience. I come to the appointment and they tell me they aren’t willing to service my child because she’s not sitting still. She’s 4. .

she’s been up since 7 this morning for this appointment she’s in an area where she’s not familiar with a bunch of people in mask, when I asked to at least walk her back I was denied that. So to deny service and then tell me you will refer her to someone else she’s never met thinking she still won’t act her age is absurd. This was the only dental office we’ve ever been to and today will be the last. I do NOT recommend they are not professional, reliable or realistic and to be a pediatric office and not know how to work with children is diabolical.

First off the front staff is always so kind, and helpful. . Me and my boys have been coming here for a few years now and it has been amazing. . . I know I called yesterday for an emergency appointment for my 6yr old and they got us in today and we went it didn't take them no time to solve hos problem and he happy in the end.

. I wish I can give yall 10 stars 🌟 because 5 is not enough for you all. . Everyone there is spectacular ✨️. .

Been going here for years since 2014 to be exact. The last few times things changed. Became less personable. More like a production line, in and out. Today was a game changer. We arrived all of the associates that use to be there are gone. Now there’s no greeting just “child’s last name, and you are?” My son went back fast but 45-50 minutes later multiple children had gone back and come out. Although not mine.

I go back to the observation window and he’s just sitting there. Naomi comes out and says the dentist will be with him soon. Once he comes out I ask my son “Any cavities” she goes “ I’ll speak to you in here” very blunt and honest as if I was an inconvenience. I asked about braces told no, asked for the dentist told no, asked about records to change providers. She pointed and said they can help. Never did she inform me I needed to sign, she just dismissed me. Until I went to the check out and requested her name and the dentist name. She proceeds to come over and the check out person says she wants her name and Naomi goes I don’t know why and decides to talk as if I was not standing there.

Yup I lost it. I then questioned if Naomi or the other lady over there was the manager. The games for the kids don’t work, the windows are dirty, the staff is rude and not child friendly. There were no chairs at the kids table for the little ones. This place has gone way down hill. It use to be 20 or more in the building. Now it’s about 3-5 if that at a time.

There's a definite need for better time management and communication within the office. My daughter was signed in for her 9 AM appointment by 8 o'clock, yet we were still waiting, and they asked for more information at 9:17. This kind of delay and inefficiency needs to be addressed by management.

I guess they understand that time is very valuable and I really find it disrespectful. Please consider going to another dentist for your children.
