Took my 3. 5 year old for her first ever dental appt. today. She overall did terrible for them but that was no fault to the hygenist or the dentist! They worked very well trying to keep her calm and to redirect her attention.

We managed to get a couple things done but I am super grateful to have had the staff that were calm, reassuring & helpful, without pushing her too far. Magdali & Dr. Bri were a pleasure to work with today.

I loved this place up until today!!! My daughter been going here for 11 years!!!! Never had a problem with them until today! I was busy at work and didn’t reply back with “C” to confirm my daughter appt! Well MRS JENNIFER called and left a message with instructions to call by 2PM!!!!! I stepped away from my job to call them LITERALLY AT 1:37pm, they told me I was suppose to call by 12 and that my daughter appt was given away!!!!!!!! Wow!!!!!!!! Proof is attached to this!!! So UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

This place has definitely changed! I brought my 8 year old here from ages 2-6. Never had an issue before. Moved back from out of state 2 years later (age 8) and decided to take him there again. I was so disappointed. They didn't allow me to go back with him which is a major problem for me. Also, the lady that came out to give me results had on a mask and I couldn't hear anything she said.

When I was trying to understand she looked at me like I was dumb! She looked bothered to even talk to me. She told me my son had a cavity and he needs to come back. I left there feeling really uneasy and decided I will not take my son there anymore. He was seen yesterday by a new dentist and they were AMAZING!! Oh and ZERO CAVITIES! I guess they were trying to make a quick buck? Another red flag! Glad I listened to my gut feeling/mother's intuition! This place is terrible.

My daughters appointment was today.. she was scared to death after her horrible experience with the old dentist! But thanks to Leah and Candi and a the new dentist she did great! Had no issue and hopefully will learn to relax and not stress it, shes in good hands now with this dentist and staff!
