I am writing this review out of sheer frustration and as a last resort to get a refund for services I never received. I moved to Buford and therefore had to find a new ortho to restart my Invisalign. I went to this location I was asked to pay $1875 upfront in December for a restart of my Invisalign treatment, following a routine checkup and my being out of network. I was told the Invisalign order was being placed and understood there might be holiday delays. In January I called and was told the trays were ordered, they were just waiting for it to be shipped. However, by February, I still hadn't received my Invisalign. It was at this point, two months after paying, that I was informed I needed additional dental procedures before even beginning the Invisalign process. Crucially, I also discovered the aligners were NEVER ordered in the first place, despite being told they were.

This raises a critical question: why was I made to pay for Invisalign in December, with assurances the order was placed, only to be told in February that I was ineligible for treatment and the order was never placed? At this point I no longer wanted to work with this office because it’s a shady disgusting tactic that some dental offices will use. They know folks need to use their benefits before the end of the year so they prey on you and claim you have 800 cavities and that you should be in extreme pain with bleeding gums. Since then, I've been trying to get a refund. I've called repeatedly, speaking with Sherry, Iosolina, and other front desk staff, all of whom have been polite but ultimately unable to resolve the issue. Each time, I'm told the office manager, Phil who operates more as a salesman, will call me back. He never does. It's now almost April. I’ve been chasing them since Dec 2024, and I'm still waiting for a refund or just even a follow up phone call.

This experience has been incredibly disappointing. I feel like I've been deliberately misled and essentially had my money taken for services that were never rendered and never even ordered. To pay $1875 upfront and then be strung along for months is unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering this office to be extremely cautious. The medical staff are nice but the way this is being handled and the lack of accountability and the outright misrepresentation regarding the order placement is appalling. I feel as though my hard earned money was stolen from me at this location and that the administration of this office just don’t care.
