Smile Theory is an amazing practice. I'm absolutely terrified of going to the dentist and had really bad experiences in Chicago before coming to Smile Theory. Dr. Kenya and Andreas took amazing care of me. They reassured me that they would get everything taken care of and did.

We even listened to some good music during my latest appointment. The front desk person made sure to keep me updated with texts before the appointments and made sure to work with my insurance so that It was affordable. Everyone is extremely friendly, welcoming and great at what they do. I will definitely be back and will recommend them to all my friends.

I’ve never left a dentist office smiling. I’ve always had complications with my dental work, so going to the dentist causes a lot of anxiety for me. This experience was quite the opposite. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I felt cared for and like I was in good hands.

Dr. Alex gave me one of the most comprehensive exams I’ve ever had and explained treatment plans/options very articulately. I made like 5 phone calls to friends and family members after this appointment telling them how great my experience was and recommending that they come here. Smile Theory exceeded my expectations from the moment I arrived. The staff was friendly and Dr Kenya was professional, informative, and made me feel completely at ease. After a past negative experience with another dentist, and a wonderful, trusted dentist back in North Carolina that I was sad to leave behind when I moved, I was hesitant to try someone new.

Dr. Kenya, however, was incredibly thorough, taking the time to explain everything clearly and in detail. Smile Theory will be my dental office for as long as I am in Chicago, and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a superior level of care!

They’re not just extremely knowledgeable, but really take the time to explain things to you in an easy to understand way, give demonstrations on how to improve hygiene at home, and just generally make me feel cared for as a whole person.
