Very well organized and professional! The front desk receptionist was very friendly and helpful. They helped me fill out paperwork and explained everything I was signing for. The Doctor was also very professional and the assistant.

When x rays and the doctor was done , the lady that explained about my treatment was very thorough. Highly recommend this dental clinic! Very clean too, I walked in and it smelled clean and it felt clean 👍👍

I have to completely change my review because they are saying I’m trying to defame them when I’m not. I made a plan with this office to get 5 fill ins and 1 crown & 2 different cleanings. I stressed to them that I could not afford this no matter “ how good the deal was “ & I wanted to remove most of the fill ins to make the bill cheaper in any kind of way but they urged me to not remove anything from the bill & whenever we asked to at-least remove one or two— It seemed like they didn’t want to. I agreed knowing I couldn’t really afford it but feeling like I had no other choice because they’re the only dentist that I knew of that accepts my insurance. During one of my visits, I was secretly TOLD by someone that a couple of the fill ins were not urgent and could’ve waited a little longer & that the tooth that was going to be shaven down for a crown could’ve potentially been preserved with a large filling instead.

Either way, I went through with the procedure because I had already agreed to the plan. It’s upsetting because I really couldn’t afford this due to personal hardships but they didn’t seem to really care, I know I wasn’t forced to agree to anything but I felt like I had no other choice & it seemed like they didn’t want to help more than offer a “ great discount price “ for what I needed. Even if my fill ins were urgent, I feel like them not allowing me to remove them due to financial reasons is kind of shady. I wonder if they call everyone who leaves a bad review with the kind of attitude and aggressiveness I received today. Just to be clear, I didn’t go to any other dentist office for a second opinion.

I received an opinion from someone during one of my visits for the treatment. I didn’t ask for an opinion, I was given an opinion about my treatment. Whether the opinion was true or not is beyond me. Nice staff though expect for the person who’s been handling my case.

This is my first time here. Every woman I've spoken with has been so sweet and kind. They didn't make me feel bad about the way my teeth look. They are very thorough and kind and they are going to help me get the smile I had before back. I highly recommend coming here.

Even the gentleman Santiago that scheduled my appointment was very kind and thorough and helped me find out that my insurance would work, he let me know my deductible so there was no surprise fee. He answered all my questions, he was very patient with me. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness, kindness, and compassion they show here.

So I have been to the Jimmy Carter location several times and I must say. I tried each time to give them chance after chance and each time I got more and more disappointed. My appointment 2pm Saturday. When I say packed and at 3 still waiting. So disrespectful to people time.

No where to sit, everything time worse and worse. I am going to at this point find another office because this is ridiculous. I'm convinced this is not the place for me! Look how generic all the automated responses are. Smh
