The doctor and staff are very kind people! Selected this place because of my insurance and the “good reviews”. The place needs more cleaning and care. When they took the x-rays it was painful.

The dental cleaning took less than 10 minutes, the doctor didn't even use the light to be able to see my mouth well. He is the only doctor who treats, and there are so many patients to attend, I feel that he does not give them the time and quality that each one deserves because he has a lot to do.

Didn’t have a great experience. My crown is too noticeable, was poorly shaped, and protruding like a buck tooth, and the level of pain on a scale of 1-10 was 8. 9, it was like he forgot I was human and that I DO feel pain.

Will never go there again for a crown placement or anything else and will not recommend that place to anyone. I get you serve low income patients but take pride in your craft and do better!

One of the worst set of Partials I ever got in my life. Poorly fitted, not flush against my gums aka I cannot wear them. When I got my medical invoice from my insurance co. they were charged for a partial with a flexible base, what I received was an old fashion hard plastic partial with the metal clips. These teeth have so many sharp points that they are unwearable. He lied and told me that he ordered exactly what was on my insurance invoice but that is clearly a lie.

He moves way too fast trusting his assistants to even do impressions (which should be done by the dentist). They never turn down patients. . . . he just works really fast and goes from room to room and that is why there are so many poor reviews on here.

If you call them right now they will say they have availability the same day (RED FLAG). If you have great insurance go to Dr. Lana Brunis at Montgomery Green dental if you want to see what a professional dentist does and how they work. I went to her when I had great insurance and she is world class compared to this sweat-shop. It's a shame because I really wanted to like this place but he played games my teeth and did not give me what I was supposed to have and I got turn completely off.

This is the first time I had a bad experience with the dentist in my entire life. I went in for a regular routine cleaning and was seen surprisingly quick, which I was very happy and impressed with. I get the x-rays done and I noticed they hurt more than the ones from my previous dentist. But I didn’t think too bad of it because you have to get your X-rays done. After that, I go to sit down again for Dr. Mina and about 12 minutes later I was called in. I walk in and take a seat ready for my cleaning and I notice IMMEDIATELY he starts pressing down on my teeth roughly.

I didn’t like it but just thought that’s what had to be done. As the cleaning went on the pain just got worse and I was so surprised as to why he was being so rough with my teeth. It felt like he was drilling into each of my teeth that’s how the pain felt. My previous dentist was the complete OPPOSITE and was very gentle so I didn’t understand WHY he was being so aggressive with just a cleaning. My teeth aren’t even bad or in bad shape to even need the amount of pressure he applied. Overall, the cleaning was quick maybe 5-6 minutes and after he just told me to spit out and use the water very quickly and just left the room. Not even a “see you in six months.

” Super weird but very unprofessional of Dr. Mina to treat a first time patient in that way, and even someone who’s teeth are in good shape. The office overall isn’t bad but I’m still giving it one star for the experience. I would NEVER recommend Dr. Mina to anyone I know.
