I visited this clinic for tooth pain and a root canal re-treatment. The office is very clean, modern, and has a luxury feel. The staff were professional, and the overall experience was comfortable. There was some confusion regarding the imaging—I initially believed a full CT scan was performed, but it turned out to be a panoramic scan instead.

I was also unaware at the time that the doctor wasn’t in my insurance network, which led to some complications when I tried to transfer records to my in-network provider. In the end, I had to repeat the scan elsewhere, which was frustrating, but I believe it was mostly a misunderstanding. I would recommend that first-time patients confirm insurance coverage in advance, ask questions about each procedure, and clarify what imaging is being done. Overall, it’s a good clinic with high-quality service—just be sure to double-check details ahead of time

I visited here with my sister, who was dealing with a lot of pain and other dental issues — the kind of pain that was almost hitting a nerve. From the moment we walked in, the entire team made her feel at ease. She was really nervous, but Dr. Khaimov was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring, explaining everything clearly and gently. My sister doesn’t have insurance, but the manager, Almira, came in to explain the payment plan options. Yes, it’s definitely expensive, but you can tell they know what they’re doing and they truly care.

The dental assistant was also so kind and comforting, which made the whole experience feel much less overwhelming for her. The staff was straightforward, very organized, and professional from start to finish. She does have more appointments, and she’s anticipating it’ll go well based on our first visit. Highly recommend.

My experience was absolutely amazing, I was a walk in, in a lot of pain knowing I probably needed to have a tooth pulled which it was. The staff was so welcoming. Dr. Iosif Khaimov was patient with me, talk to me through everything that he was going to do so I was very comfortable. I highly recommend this dentist.
