I've always been nervous at the dentist ,but smilecrafters at centre mall is the best place I've ever been hands down . They made me feel comfortable the whole time and took the time to explain everything to me step by step . The whole staff there are simply amazing . Thank you smilecrafters

Always a great experience with the team here at SmileCrafters! They always make sure I am comfortable and make any accommodations if needed. Kathryn has been looking after me and she’s very thorough with each visit. Tamina at the front desk is pleasant and helpful. Very clean and modern facility!

Recently started to go to SmileCrafters Hamilton. All the staff I have met are absolutely amazing and care for the patients and well being. They are non judgemental and take time to explain.

I've seen Kathrynn the hygienist and she is lovely and thorough and also Dr Shelly where she explains what's happening, and makes sure you are fine. Overall the entire office can make you feel like you fit in, not just a patient number.

If you’re seeking a dentist who can cater to patients that are elderly, Dr. Remi at Smile Craft Dental on Barton Street in Hamilton is your go-to professional. He recently treated my mom, who had quite a few cavities, and his work was nothing short of spectacular. Dr. Remi exhibited remarkable patience and gentleness, taking the time to listen attentively to my mom’s concerns—even though she doesn’t speak much English. I was there to translate, and he ensured he understood all her discomforts and worries, providing a level of care that’s truly commendable. Lucky for him he doesn’t speak Italian and didn’t understand the old-school Italian swears as he was injecting her with Novacaine An added bonus: my mom is on the government dental plan, which Dr.

Remi’s practice accepts. So, if you’re covered under the same plan, I highly recommend Smile Craft Dental. Now, for those skeptics thinking I’m writing this glowing review in hopes of scoring a discount, let me set the record straight—I have a full set of dental implants. That’s right, no cavities for me, and unfortunately, no discounts either. So, rest assured, this praise is as genuine as my rockstar teeth! And if you decide to visit, tell Dr. Remi you read my review—perhaps it’ll earn me a free toothbrush or, at the very least, a chuckle For those wondering why my mother didn’t write this review herself—well, let’s just say she’s in her 80s, and technology is not her thing. If she had to write this herself, we’d be here until next year while she tries to figure out how to turn on the computer.
