I’ve had some good and bad dental experiences, and I was worried about a new dentist when my amazing prior dentist Dr. Brutus retired. He recommended SmileHQ. Pain is the one and only fear when it comes to dentist, and there was none here when it came to fillings. I hope I don’t have to find another dentist, and the customer service here continues.

1/22 - 3:04pm - Chelsea gave me a call back and apologized for the disruption in service they had, which I really appreciate. I have updated my review to 5 stars because she was really kind and very sweet over the phone. Figures crossed for a good appointment. 1/22 - 2:30pm - I usually do not write bad reviews for a service I did not get, but I am extremely disappointed that I could not get past a phone call in order to be seen - like seriously I could not make it past a phone call.

My first attempt at calling someone picked up and hung up, I decided to call back because mistakes happen, but when I call back the second time not a single person answered. I am simply someone looking for a service to maintain my dental health - it is not kind to potential patients to hang up in their face and then not answer the phone then after.

My first time and I was extremely pleased with the service. The office was clean, light, and airy. Great information from the hygienist and the dentist. 4 stars because I feel that there's always room for growth.

I have always dreaded going to see a dentist but today was phenomenal! This dentist office is absolutely amazing! When I first walked in, the atmosphere has positive energy! I was greeted with such warmth and kindness from everyone. They make you feel like family. Dr. Yousuf addressed all my concerns and some. Believe it or not I’m excited to go back!
