I regret to say that my experience at this dental office was extremely disappointing. While most of the front desk staff were polite, one particular employee was incredibly rude. I don’t know their name, but when I asked simple questions around 4:15 PM (well before the 5:00 PM closing time stated online and on the door), they responded dismissively and even told me I shouldn’t have come at that time. To make matters worse, they were packing up their belongings while I was still asking questions, making me feel unwelcome.

As for the dentist, the experience was equally unpleasant. I’ve been to many dentists in my life and have undergone several root canals, but this was by far the worst. During the procedure, a chemical used to clean the canal spilled into my mouth, causing a burning sensation in my mouth and throat. It was so excessive that I had to swallow some of it, which made me feel nauseous multiple times.

I cannot recommend this dental office to anyone based on my experience. It was unprofessional and uncomfortable from start to finish.

Pros: they take my insurance so I do not ever have to pay anything, compared to my last dentist that Said they also take my insurance, but I would still get a bill. Cons: yes, they try to fix my chipped teeth and sell me toothpaste, but they do that because some people probably want perfect teeth and fancy toothpaste. I don't think they are pushy, but they offer every time i am there, not a big deal.

They are fast, thorough, and efficient, I never have to wait around when I have a appointment. Been going here 2 years, have seen multiple doctors, no issue with any of them.

I started going to SmileOn because of its 5-star reviews when we first moved to Virginia. I never had any issues until recently. About seven months ago, I had a crown placed at SmileOn. After our recent move, I visited a new dentist who discovered through X-rays that the crown wasn't sealed completely. Although it was a very small spot, the doctor was concerned it could cause significant problems later.

Naturally, I reached out to SmileOn, sent them the X-rays from my new dentist, and asked if they could offer some compensation since I would need a new crown. SmileOn requested that I come in for their dentist to take a look. Initially, I agreed, but I decided I wasn't going to let them fix it anyway, so I politely canceled and asked if they could still provide some compensation, wasn't asking for a full refund, just something to help cover the cost of the replacement. Unfortunately, I haven't heard back from them since.
