5 Stars – Exceptional First Experience! As a new patient, I couldn’t be more impressed with my experience at Smile 4 Keeps! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by the front desk staff, who was very friendly, efficient, and made the check-in process a breeze. The office itself is clean, modern, and has a calming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The doctor was not only professional and knowledgeable but also took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions.

I never felt rushed, and it was obvious that patient care and comfort are top priorities here. The dental hygienist was equally fantastic—gentle, thorough, and kind. What really stood out was how much they cared about making the whole experience positive.

They genuinely listened to my concerns, offered thoughtful recommendations, and created a treatment plan that made sense for me. I left feeling confident and well cared for. I would like to thank Franklin , Patricia, Bri, and Brian!! Loving the new building. Everybody’s so great, Franklin greets you with a smile and his vibe is always upbeat and friendly!! I honestly hated the last dentist that was in here but they really changed the whole atmosphere and I LOVE IT! They all act like a family and it’s really nice.

We were able to be seen quickly, compared to really anyone else we reached. Naomi and Liz helped us out with the cleaning and made it smooth and especially EASY for a KID to get through with minimal anxiety. They are good at what they do.

The desk techs, among others including the X-Ray tech whom took time to explain the entire thing to my son were all fantastic and we appreciate the team helping us take care of something so vital. Thanks!

I typically don’t leave review but this dentist office definitely deserves my review. My experience with Smile4Keeps was phenomenal. The office looks clean and organized. Everyone in the office was polite, welcoming and in a positive mood. They explained each step and answered all my questions. Thank you Bri for making my experience more positive.
