Do not go here for dentistry. Over treatment plans and does horrible work but will smile in your face and make you feel like family and will send manager to cover up with consent forms and smiles. She has walked around barefooted in the office. Gets loud if a patient challenges her on any of her work. Not a patient. Just a witness.

If you dare to go, go for Botox only. Had to bribe staff to return. Not one team member gets dental work completed there. Not bitter, just brutally honest. Hopefully this helps someone.

We have lived in the Fort Mill area for almost 10 years and just switched our Dentist to Dr. Schraw at Smiles by Design. I have 3 kids ages 6, 12 and 14. At our visit today I was thinking why did I not do this earlier. Dr. Schraw's waiting room and treatment rooms are very inviting and kid friendly. Dr.

Schraw is an extremely friendly and knowledgeable Dentist. She actually teaches classes to other Dentists and our teeth are looking better than they ever have. I also have to mention that Dr. Schraw administers Botox and I purchased a little for what I like to call my "angry line" on my forehead. She knew exactly where to administer the Botox and I did not have to pay an additional charge for an office visit at a Dermatologist. I am so happy we found her and I feel very comfortable at her office!

While Brianna is a very nice lady, DMD should not be after her name. . I went here for some fillings and had repeated pain in my tooth afterwards. I went back a few time to see what the problem was. After months of headaches and pain I went to another dentist in Charlotte who was "shocked" at the horrible job that was done.

Apparently, she put too much filling on my tooth which slid down towards the gums bonding 2 teeth together preventing me from being able to floss between those teeth and allow my teeth to naturally move when chewing . It added to the pain because food would become trapped without any way of getting out and later resulted in another cavity. Fortunately my sister is also a dentist in PA and I took a picture of my new x-ray which showed VERY clearly the filling that had seeped down near his gum line. I sent it to her while he was at the new dentist's office. She was equally surprised at the terrible job that was done and stated there was no excuse for such terrible work.

I ended up flying up to my sisters office to have another dentists in her office undo what this horrible dentist did to me over the years. 9 hours in the chair, All leaky fillings replaced, the 2 teeth that were bonded together ended up having to be cut and crowned also. $$$ thousands lost The initial work was done in 2015-2016 The redo of this work by another dentist was done in 2017 I have been problem and pain free since another dentist fixed the mistakes.

Dr. Schraw is a great respectable doctor. She cares dearly about her patients and I enjoy going to see her. She is professional, caring, and loves what she do. Very knowledgeable. She is courteous and kind and one of the best doctor's around.

Every person I met in the office was courteous friendly and professional. They really took the time necessary to do everything right – even though this is my 4th visit when I was a new patient Dr. Schraw took some really good time to get to know me and my family. Great dental experience! I've even recommended some of my colleagues to visit smiles by design spa.
