I had previously been to a different dentist in Naperville and when my insurance changed I ultimately found Dr. Gibson from a google search. Her office is in a really good location (upstairs, in the strip with Hugo's and Ann Taylor) and it's very clean inside. The staff is all very nice and accommodating-in the few appointments I've had I have not encountered any sour or snippy attitudes-- everyone is just very friendly, which I appreciate. And Dr.

Gibson is a smart and accomplished woman, which I also appreciate, so I feel like I am in good hands for any dental work I need to have done. Something I was impressed by was their openness with cost. For any treatment plan you have they will show you exactly how much your insurance is estimated to cover AND exactly how much you are estimated to pay out of pocket. And if something is a little too costly, they won't berate or shame you about thinking the cost is too much (and they'll go over other options that might be less expensive). They're very willing to make sure that you're comfortable with everything they are doing to you and charging you for.

I would absolutely recommend Dr. Gibson.

Dr. Gibson and her team is the best in countless ways. 1. Very professional team providing outstanding service 2. Very knowledgeable and does top notch dental work 3. Most important, exhibit true compassion for their patients. Dr. Gibson takes the time to address your concerns.

Provide you with various options based on your unique situation, and educate/empower you to understand your oral health and maintaining it. If this isn’t high quality patient centered care, I don’t know what is. I first encountered Dr. Gibson and her team when I needed some urgent work to be done before my wedding back in 2015, she did all of what was mentioned above AND a few days before the wedding sent a congratulation gift. Their kindness truly touched my heart, they definitely made me feel like family. Been their patient since 2015, despite living downtown and driving the distance for appointments.

It is always a pleasant visit when seeing Dr. Gibson. She truly cares about how I am feeling when having any dental work done. The entire staff wants to make me and my family as comfortable as possible. When I bring my teenagers with special needs in to Dr. Gibson's office, the staff goes out of their way to make their visit an extremely positive experience.

I am so glad that I found an amazing dentist, along with her staff, in our local area. Recently I had a great cleaning experience with Mary Kay. She is always very helpful with a variety of topics. Thank you for all you do for my family in maintaining fantastic dental health.
