They are seriously horrible. They need to be shut down! The dentists and the receptionist are so rude to you when you walk in. I walked in a lot so much pain and they don’t have any sympathy or empathy towards how they treat me. Can you imagine have 3 wisdom teeth causing you pain and the receptionist is just popping her gum, staring directly at you, and her tone is bad and she has an attitude. The dentist just staring at me not even asking me any questions or what I am coming in for.

To be quite honest I think they are extremely racist towards black people. The dentist was extremely rough when looking into my mouth after I told him that it hurts really bad. Please don’t go there for your own health.

I only went to this place cause it was close and they accepted medicad. They had new owners so i went to get mine and my sons teethed cleaned. WE ALL GOT LETTERS SAYING THE NEW THINGS MEDICAD NOW PAYS FOR!!! . I get an appointment to get my teeth cleaned and i even called before hand they said you can get them cleaned by medicad you have to make an appointment to get it approved. I went in and the dentist right off hand says YOUR INSURANCE Doesn’t Cover this. Its gonna be 600$. I said no i called and got a letter they do. He said hold on ill go ask.

He said yea they do and let me examine and take more x rays to get you approved. He was pissed so he literally stabbed my gums under my took with that pick and said OHHH in a sarcastic way i was in so much pain i wanted to walk out . He finished the exam and my pain didn’t stop and i felt like an infection was coming on in my jaw. Hes a bad dentist and a scammer. He went in the other room and cleaned my sons teeth but wouldn’t clean mine. This place is a joke. I went here before and wanted my tooth fixed and filled from another faulty dentist and they sent me on my way. Cause they didn’t wanna do it that day cause i was using insurance .

They wanted to do the procedure that i was paying cash for instead and my tooth broke a few days after if you don’t like working with insurance or medicad stop accepting it. This place needs to be shut down. I got my medicad letter saying my cleaning was approved they never called. To do it. Don’t waste your time on this place very sad how people get treated. You lied and gonna stab my mouth .

Mohammed was great hygienist, he wasn’t too ruff on my teeth when I was getting my teeth whitened, gave me great conversations! If you are looking for a new dentist office definitely come here!
