Very satisfied with the clinic! The staff is attentive, and the attitude toward my child was excellent. My daughter liked it — everything was done carefully and painlessly. Highly recommend!

I have to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the handling of my son's dental procedure and subsequent billing process at your office. Your failure to properly verify my insurance coverage before proceeding with the treatment has resulted in an unexpected and unjust financial burden on me. Prior to my appointment, I was assured that your office would confirm whether my insurance covered the procedure. However, this was clearly not done, as I later received a bill for an amount I was never informed I would owe. When I attempted to address this issue with your billing department, I was met with an unwillingness to discuss or negotiate the claim in any meaningful way.
Rather than working with me to resolve the matter, your office hastily sent my account to collections—without providing adequate communication or options for resolution. This level of negligence and disregard for patient financial well-being is completely unacceptable. Patients should not have to suffer the consequences of your office’s failure to perform due diligence in verifying insurance coverage. Furthermore, sending an account to collections without properly engaging with the patient reflects extremely poor business practices and a lack of ethical responsibility. Update (Response to owner): If you genuinely would like to resolve this matter and/or discuss further, please contact me.
You have my details. As of 03-10, no contact has been attempted.

My daughter is 4 years old, she had a very bad experience at another clinic in Chicago. Her tooth started to hurt and her mouth just shook from the word dentist. Here they paid her maximum attention, helped her not to be afraid, found an approach and the child did everything without screaming and crying. There are really professionals working here! I appreciate it and recommend for everyone!

We visited this facility with my 4-year-old daughter for a filling. While completing consent forms, I find out that it’s a baby root canal THEN I am asked to complete a consent form for a possible extraction. After debating what to do given the lack of information beforehand, I finally proceed. We get into the room with the dental assistant. They take another xray. Dentist comes in and says that it will be an extraction. The dental assistant says it’s because the tooth hurts despite me informing them that my daughter is likely saying that because of her aggressive use of floss the night prior. This experience was so traumatic for my daughter and me. Nitric oxide and shots used on a 4-year-old.
Literally wiggling and pulling her tooth out even when she said that she can feel the PAIN not PRESSURE. The dentist then stops, grabs the needle, then injects. Callous. I recognize my responsibility in this and I honestly should have left when I realized I wasn’t provided all pertinent information on the front end. No further explanation for the extraction other than “[she] said that it hurts”. It just feels negligent. I’m kicking myself for allowing them to proceed when I had minimal information. It felt so transactional. Update: we visited Main Street Smiles in Barrington today and it was at complete 180.
The dentist talked to her at her age level. He was mortified by our experience here, and the entire team was forthcoming. He continuously checked in on my daughter and asked if she was ok. He waited for her response, asked for a thumbs up or down - something the previous dentist didn’t do. I don’t say this lightly, please give your children a better story and honor their human experience by avoiding this facility. And surprise, she was able to have her teeth filled not pulled.
