I decided to try this dentist for a simple cleaning. They put a coupon out in the mail and it was advertised for $45 new patient exam and basic cleaning. I called and made an appointment. I went in and they asked about the coupon and I filled out all the required paper work. One girl took 6 x-rays of my mouth and then the Dr.

came and spent less then 10seconds in my mouth and goes “everything looks good, no new cavities and I recommend a basic cleaning and that is $115, if you have time today we can do it. I responded with I called and scheduled a cleaning for this appointment and I came due to the coupon you guys sent out. The Dr. left the room and the receptionist came in and repeated exactly what the Dr said and goes since you have the coupon the Dr said she will do the cleaning for $70 plus the $45 for the new patient exam. She also pointed out on the coupon that it states (12 and younger) but that only applies to the cleaning and not the new patient exam.

I find it very funny how the appointment came out to their normal price of $115 for a cleaning. This is the first dentist that has done this. This coupon is 100% a scam and NOT like any other new patient coupons out there for other dentists. This is the first time I have ever encountered something like this with a dentist and even though they we nice I will NOT return.

This was the best dental experience I ever had. Alisa and Dr Pallum were so professional and knowledgeable in what they do. Even the front desk staff was super nice and pleasant. Alisa was so gentle but precise with my cleaning. Thank you!! I will be returning

We have been going to this office for about 10yrs. When we started, it was another Dentist that was the owner. Within maybe the last 4yrs it has changed hands and this office is absolutely filthy!!! There are cobwebs everywhere. I'm not sure if the floors have ever been swept or mopped. It looks like mold is growing on the floor.

When my kids are called back I no longer go back with them. The Dentist never speaks to me about the visit just sends my kids back to me in the loddy. It's time for a change.

I have been taking my kids to this dental office for a long time, Dr Pallam is always very good and very patient with my kids, including my 7 year old that has anxiety, and this past appointments her assistant Alisa has been 200% excellent! She is very kind and attentive, and goes above and beyond to care for my 4 kids. I want to thank her for making the dental experience a lot easier.

I really recommend this dental office.
