I was fortunate enough to find this office online. I was having tooth pain and my dentist couldn't get me in for 3 weeks. I called at 4:00 and was given an appointment for 8:30 the next day. This is now my new dentist office. The office is beautiful and up to date. The staff is super friendly.

Where do I began. . I had been a long time patient until a few years ago when the original dentists left or retired. The replacements were so bad that I left the practice. Unable to be seen in a timely manner by the practice I left for, I looked on the website to see if there were updates. Much to my surprise, I see Dr. Henderson's warm and welcoming picture. With a little more exploration, I see a new team and decided to take a chance and make an appointment. I needed 2 appointments so that my son could be seen simultaneously. That was the first score.

. appointment was made within a week of calling. As we were walking up to the appointment we were directed to a new door and warmly greeted. The receptionist was gracious and prompt and the office well maintained. Jasmine was great, came to explain everything, and we were off. Heidi was my hygienist, and I could not have had a better experience. She was personal, professional, and courteous. Dr. Henderson did not disappoint. She was as friendly in person as she looked.

After my appointment, which was seamless, I went to where my son was finishing up. The whole experience was rinse and repeat. I'm sorry I can not remember his hygienist's name, but she was wonderful. Anyone who can make a 14 year old feel comfortable is magical! Speaking of magic, I needed to return fairly quickly, and Jasmine pulled out all of the stops to be accommodating and made it happen. I was able to get everything I needed and I am so happy that I went back. If you are a former patient, consider giving them another try. The practice has returned to its glory days! This new crew exemplifies efficiency, customer service and excellence. Special thank you to Dr. Henderson, Heidi, Jasmine, Stephanie, Christie, and Jhenai for providing exceptional service above and beyond my expectations! As long as you guys are there you have a customer for life!!!

I have always had fears about going to the Dentist as a child and because of it I developed serious dental issues and tooth loss. I moved here to Virginia a little over a year now and I knew I had to find a good dentist so I landed an appointment at Smiles of Kiln Creek Dental office in Newport News. I have never been treated so welcoming and warm from the initial scheduling appointment over the phone, to my first visit with Dr. Henderson and dental hygienist Heidi WOW! What a difference from all the other dental offices I've been to. The front office staff is a A+ as well. They never made me feel uncomfortable or judged for my negligence in my oral hygiene.

I am now on track with my visits and will continue to be from now on. Thank you "Smiles of Klin Creek" wish I would have met you guys sooner. You're all so wonderful and caring. Much love, Yolanda A. ❤

The dentist was friendly and knowledgeable. The staff took time to explain the treatment plan, its costs and to answer questions. It was a great experience for someone like me who is nervous about dental visits. The lobby is clean and comfortable.

The whole staff was welcoming and polite. Great place for developing a comprehensive plan for dental issues. Check them out if you’re finally ready to restore your smile.
