I have been coming here for a few years. The DR. and staff are amazing. They are always friendly and calm my nerves as the dentist has always given me anxiety. Smiles of Naperville Dr.

and staff ease those anxieties, so much so that during my root canal yesterday, I fell asleep. That has never happened to me. The day after a root canal I feel zero pain. I will be back for more and highly recommend Smiles of Naperville for your dental fears.

I'd give zero stars if it was aloud. I haven't been able to see a dentist since I was a teenager. I fell on ha4d times as a young adult and couldn't afford health insurance and yes sadly I had to go on state aid at the time. And ba know then they didn't cover adults to see the dentist only kids. I'm now 45 I have health inthrough bcbs. I went here to get my teeth fixed. I have cavities in almost all my teeth. Especially my molers. I went here toget my cavities filled or at least that's what I thought would happen and all this dentist did was have her assistant take a bunch of x-rays and my teeth got cleaned.

The dentist told me my insurance won't cover the work I would need on my teeth because my insurance won't cover all of it. She proceeded to be rude to me throughout the examination. Even when I said I think my two lower front teeth are dead, she asked me in a irritated tone of why I thought that. Idk maybe because the back of my lower front teeth are black and it's chipping off. The same for my back molers. I came to them for help and now my back molers are breaking off. I went to the dentist to try and stop this from happening and I got no help from them. Soif you value your teeth go somewhere else. Smiles of Naperville won't help you if you neglected your oral hygiene because I didn't have proper insurance for almost 20 years.

And when you finally get it. You get backs turned to you. I know my teeth breaking could of been avoided if she would of just filled my cavities when I was there. Back when I was a kid, you went to the dentist they cleaned your teeth and then if a cavity was spotted they would fill it that day to prevent further damage. But all I got was judgement and talked down to. So avoid this place like the pledge. And before the owner says they don't have a record for me or I'm spreading lies I was just there last month and I am contacting the IDFPR. To report this practice and have it hopefully shut down.

Was there for several years with my family of 4. They canceled appointments all the time. Did a crown and it didn't fit for years and went back 3 times to get it properly fit and they said it was fine and gave me a Starbucks gift card. Well finally moved my family to a new dentist and couldn't be happier. They also without me saying anything identified my crown was not fitted correctly.

Had the crown redone and it is amazing. Edit to respond to owner: We were with your practice for 4 or 5 years. At least 7 times we received a call that our appointment (which was less than a week away) needed to be canceled and rescheduled because a doctor wasn't available.
