Patients have left 1-star or 2-star reviews recently regarding Dr. Brittany no longer working at this practice, and the disappointing experience they had with Dr. Armstrong. Unfortunately, the practice has a boilerplate response that the poor review in question is not a true review and rather than seeking to at least remedy the concern, suggests malfeasance on the part of the dentist who is no longer at this practice and that someone is simply trying to advertise for Dr.

Brittany. As you read the reviews here, keep in mind that the number of good reviews may well be related to the dentist who is no longer at the practice. Read & decide carefully!

Had a great experience at Smiles of Orland Park. The filling was quick and painless, and the deep cleaning was thorough yet gentle as well. The staffs were professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout. Highly recommend them for quality dental care!

I have a very long history of major dental issues. My wife has been coming here for a year and says I need to come. I had a hot tooth and got an urgent root canal. Such an enjoyable experience!! I’ve been in A LOT of different dentist’s chairs and I think I have found my new dentist with Dr. Armstrong.

His team took my call with urgency and they literally got me in right away. I got to the office, all happy staff members. Received treatment and was out in less than 45 minutes including paperwork time!!! Great dentist, great staff and office. Punctual! And efficient without ever feeling rushed. My second appointment was at 8am (my preference) and my experience was identical!! Great job everyone, happy new client!
