Dr. Richman is the best dentist ever! Not only will you get a beautiful smile, but positive attitude and excellent service. His office is nice and clean. His team is friendly and highly professional. My family has been seeing Dr. Richman and Cindy for years, and we are pleased with the results.

I visited Dr Richman’s office for the first time for a routine cleaning and check-up and Ms Cindy did a excellent job with my cleaning . I have gone to many Hygienist, and was never satisfied! GREAT JOB 👍 You should definitely go to her if you want a good cleaning. Dr Richman office was clean and very inviting he was friendly and very welcoming along with his staff.

With all said I knew my visit would have been a great experience while making my appointment with Michelle, she was very accommodating and efficient. Thanks to all the staff 🙏🏽 Sincerely Violet . R 🇯🇲

This practice is now called something else. Not sure if the old dentist (Jerry Richman) is still there, but the hygienist (Cindy) is. I went there twice. The front desk staff was always polite and respectful. The hygienist was the reason I did not go back. When I went there initially, I was pregnant. She was very friendly and asked tons of questions, definitely too much for comfort but she’s older so I let it slide. She even asked to feel my stomach. Which is weird.

The second time I visited, I was 4 weeks postpartum and I was exhausted. She said there would be a wait between her step and the dentist visit. I said I was 4 weeks postpartum and very tired. I said I wanted to take a little rest. She told me “oh, we can’t have you doing that!” and proceeded to show me pictures of her grandkids to “keep me awake” for the 10 minutes I waited for the dentist to come over. I was pissed. It was not thoughtful and, quite frankly, strange. I didn’t go back.

I have always hated going to the dentist but heard great things about this practice. So when a dentist elsewhere said I had 11 cavities and needed to have them all filled immediately I thought I'd get a second opinion. Id never had a cavity or filling before and so thought this odd. When I visited here they were considerate and thoughtful and prescribed a conservative approach watching where needed but not rushing treatment unnecessarily.

Each time I've been since they have been amazing. I have a lot of fears around dentists due to some bad experiences in my youth. The doctors here though are caring, compassionate and take their time to answer any questions I have. I'm not interested in going anywhere else
