I can only say great things bout doctors and hygienist! My 14 year old and 6 year old never had such a detailed dental cleanings before.

Kids and I had a chance to meet both doctors and they were not rushing at all, answered all questions and concerns, my 6 year old left with a huge smile on her face and she said she will never be afraid of seeing a dentist anymore! I scheduled my appointment there as well and definitely send my husband there and recommend Smiles On Cass to all our family friends and family!

I needed to find a dentist for my kids' first appointment. Someone in my moms group recommended Smiles on Cass. I hadn't been to the dentist in years. So, I made an appointment first. Dr. Francis Tan did a great job. I made an appointment for my kids.

They did great with both Dr. Jennifer and Dr. Francis. We came back for our next appointment and my kids had a great experience again. My daughter even said she wants to be a dentist. I recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist now.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I never leave reviews but this time I have to because of how bad this dentist is. First of all, I went there to get a yearly check up twice. My first time i was scheduled for cavity fillings the dentist told me to raise my hand if I had pain. I raised my hand like 4 times, every time the dentist kept on going and said she was almost done and wasn’t nearly done. I was holding back my tears from how much my jaw was in pain. For weeks after that my jaw kept hurting whenever I would eat. Horrible. Then my second check up I was told I had 10 cavities! Later found out at another dentist it was only half of that. I never went back after that.

Secondly, my brother and sister were also going there. DONT ever bring your kids here. My brother is 10, he is scared of the dentist but with the help of good dental hygienist they have helped him out to calm down. But smiles on cass dental hygienists are horrible with kids. They would have such a bad attitude and were very impatient with him. Instead of building trust with him and creating a comfortable environment, they gave up and referred him to a specialist all the way in Chicago. There they were able to assess him with no restraints or laughing gas even though that’s what Smiles on Cass recommended for him. They also said the same thing with him about his cavities. He was told he had 4 and then we went to another dentist and he had ZERO. Third, my sister had also went for cavities fills and had a similar experience.

She had to go back due to pain and her teeth being very uncomfortable. This has never happened to any of us at any other dentist. LASTLY, when we were changing dentist offices we called and asked to have our X-rays sent to our new dentist. The front desk lady told us multiple times she sent it and we never received any paperwork. We would call every single month and nothing. . NEVER GOING BACK! THEY DEFINITELY GRADUATED FROM WATCHING YOUTUBE VIDEOS. MONEY HUNGRY!! smiles on cass more like Frowns on Cass.

Today it was my first visit to this dental office ever, for cleaning and checking. I were so amazed. Doctor Tan was very professional. Dental hygienist Vivian did a perfect cleaning. I'm really impressed. Strongly recommend! Definitely come back.
