Everyone is so friendly from the moment you walk in the door. I love how the hygienist and dentist are always asking if you're okay or having any pain. They really care about their patients. My entire life I've hated going to the dentist, but I have never had a bad experience at Smiles On Jefferson. Best place ever.

Literally as soon as I opened the door it was nothing but comfort and welcoming energy! Every single staff member I met today was more than expecting and the dentist is literally the greatest!!! I really don't know why I haven't came sooner but I'm glad I did eventually. . very professional and detail oriented with everything just with exam alone.

I couldn't ask for better people since having a bad experience with another dentist. I recommend 1000/10

When I first came in I was kind of put off when I had told the receptionist that my husband got called into an emergency roof fixed and we would have to reschedule his appointment. At first she was very rude and told me it was going to cost me $50 because we had to reschedule his appointment. After I explained to her the situation an emergency call. We did not have to pay a $50 fee. But it would be nice to know up front that they want a 48 hour notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment otherwise it's a $50 fee that's a little much. .

Life happens out of your hands 95% of the time. After that I had a very pleasant experience here they were very careful and listen to my beers and feelings about how my treatment would take place. The lady that came in the medical assistant I did my x-rays she was excellent very sweet nice caring and understanding. Doctor came in and he was very nice and understanding. So far so good the only thing is I cannot believe how much it's going to cost to take care of our dental work. My husband and I are looking over $20,000 to get teeth fixed.

. I never thought even with having insurance through my job but I would have to finance getting my teeth fixed. This is my 100% honest opinion so now I'm trying to look at the financial options that they offered at the dentist office.

The best dentist I have been to in a very long time. Great staff as well. I was so nervous at first, but his assistant calmed me down. Very helpful and polite. She answered all of my questions.. I highly recommend to anyone with their dental needs.
