3+ years of going to these folks, I spent a lot of money here. I miss an appointment as I had cold sores on my lips and they send me a $75 payment. I call to ask about it, the front desk child (yikes!) won't tell me how many appointments I have had that I have made.

She gets rude, so gross. Ignore the good reviews - like everyone else, these dudes just want your $$$, they are not a family practice.

I've been a patient here for a little less than a year. I have been happy with the service. I decided to go with Dr. Kim for my simple case of Invisalign, and so far that's going well.

I was in today for my second annual checkup and cleaning and the experienced hygienist Brian was super friendly and very thorough. I look forward to continuing dental service from Dr. Kim and the staff at Smiles on Madison.

Wholeheartedly recommend. Dr Kim and his staff are fantastic. Dr Kim’s work is outstanding, he’s done a few different procedures for me and they’ve all looked natural, felt comfortable in my bite and have lasted 5 years and counting.

He fixed some chips in my front teeth that every other dentist I’ve asked throughout my life had told me it was too small to do but to me it seemed like a large ish chip. Dr Kim repaired the chips and you absolutely can’t tell as the color matching is perfect. His dental hygienist does a thorough job too
