Since I entered through the door, the smile on the staff and the friendly environment made me feel welcome and safe. The Dr. explained everything that concerned me with a lot of patience. Dr. Joe and his staff are incredible, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. They truly treat you like family. Every person at the office was friendly and compassionate and went above and beyond to help ease anxiety with understanding and care. I never expected to be laughing and comfortable during a dental procedure! Dr. Joe takes extra time to explain information and answer questions to allow you to be fully educated in your choices and health, and there is never a hint of pressure or judgment.

He was made for this job. Everyone from the wonderful front office staff (Kerrie, Cody, Marguerite) to the incredible back office staff (Eda) was a shining example of kindness and empathy and was a true joy to interact with. In an environment that can cause fear, Dr. Joe and his team have perfected an atmosphere of safety, autonomy, and ease. Thank you for all you do!
