I have always loved the cheerful, friendly atmosphere this office creates and maintains. I feel like I am their friend, not just a patient from the moment I walk through the door, whether dealing with the receptionist, any of the hygienists, or the dentist. They do a super job, as well.

Recently I called after the pandemic caused me to miss cleanings for a year and a half. They had a cancellation and got me in that day, plus were so on top of my records, called me back to be sure I got my important pre-meds that I had totally forgotten about!! I LOVE these ladies!!!

When I moved to the area I was referred to this office by a family member. I've had life long dental issues and it's been an on-going battle. Never once was I made to feel uncomfortable about my condition. Instead, I was warmly welcomed! Together we made a plan and I'm happy to report that I have checked many issues off my list. I know there is a fear "stigma" with going to the dentist. This office certainly will help take that fear away. The staff is great and I personally work with Jen for my cleanings and most often Dawn at the front desk.

I'm ALWAYS greeted with a friendly welcome when I walk in the door and that continues until I leave. Dr. Gupta is outstanding and builds a great rapport with her patients. I appreciate that she made herself easily available through the Covid shut down when I had an emergency. I highly recommend Smiles on Niles if you are looking for excellent dental care with a small town feel! Tracy U.

Dr. Gupta is by the far the best dentist I’ve ever had. She is SUPER nice and attentive during the appointments. She makes me feel like a close friend every time I go. Also, all the dental hygienists are amazing. They’re so personable, professional and talented. Can’t say enough things about this place! LOVE SMILES ON NILES.
