Before my appointment started, I was a ball of anxiety. Jocelyn came and took all my photos and she was my first reason why I no longer have any anxiety about going to the dentist. She kept me laughing, reassuring that everything will be okay, and explained everything I needed to know or clarified the things I didn't understand. Next, Amanda did my cleaning.

She was just as amazing as Jocelyn. She explained everything while making me laugh and keeping me occupied talking about our shared love for Taylor Swift, while staying incredibly professional and constantly asked if I was okay. Dr. Sim, he was the cherry on top! He had a witty humor and personality that made me feel so confident about my teeth, my smile, and my next steps I needed to get done to have my oral health in top shape.

Lastly, the woman at the check out (I forgot her name), was so wonderful. She explained my payment plans and insisted she would be happy to explain anything I was confused about. I have told so many people the second I left that my experience was so amazing and highly recommend to go here if they're ever looking for a dentist. This morning I was afraid to go to the dentist, and by the afternoon I was excited to come back for my next appointment! Thanks Smiles on Randolph! :)

Dr. Chanbo Sim and his staff are the best! Smiles on Randolph is a beautiful, clean facility and has the most advanced, state of the art equipment I have ever seen in a dental office. The level of service is outstanding. I recently went in for orthodontic treatment and am very happy with the quality and fit of the aligners and the proposed treatment plan. Dr.

Sim is the most warm, caring, kind and skilled dentist I have ever known (25+ years), and his staff is also very gentle, skilled and well-trained. Everyone operates with a very high standard of care and respect for the patient. Highly recommend Dr. Sim and Smiles on Randolph!

I needed a dentist closer to home and found an excellent choice at Smiles. They have all the services you need including botox in their spa area. This is an extremely busy place and they were able to get me an appointment the next day. The staff from front desk to Dr's were very welcoming and made decisions on your care immediately, it was a consultation that that started the process immediately.

I didn't have to make another appointment to start and I was fast tracked. Not only is Smiles very proficient, professional and extremely welcoming, you feel very comfortable. Not stressed at all. You do not sit for a long time to be in a dentist chair.

Less than 10 minutes and was very reasonable and works with you to pay your bill. If I had known that the elegant building with 2 story class front on the corner of Randolph and Rte 30 was a one stop shop for your dental needs. I would have been a client sooner. Don't hesitate to call, if you have any dental needs or want 😉botox to help your Smile, call them!!!

I had an amazing experience at Smiles on Randolph from beginning to end! The assistant made me feel so informed and comfortable, walking me through everything regarding my X-rays, teeth, and gum health. I never felt rushed — in fact, I felt genuinely welcomed. My hygienist was incredibly thorough, and even after the cleaning, my gums weren’t too sore, which is rare for me.

The dentist was warm and friendly, and I truly can’t wait to return and try out some of their other services. I highly recommend this office to everyone looking for excellent dental care in a welcoming, professional environment!
