In and out for a cleaning, was very clean. Looked like the seats were wiped down before I got in there and everyone was friendly. Was a few minutes behind schedule but was out in 30 minutes from my scheduled time!

Our whole family has been going here for years (minus a brief period when we moved) and since moving to the new building it has been one thing after another. We have nothing but good to say about Dr. Coble himself but the new staff and lack of organization is horrible. My last few appointments have been cancelled on me due to staffing issues and then they can't see me for months out but they make sure to send me an email to tell me I am over due for my appointment. .

. . excuse me, what? This was never an issue at the old office. Not to mention the front desk staff are very unprofessional more times then not. The last time I was in 2 ladies at the front desk proceeded to talk badly about their coworker the minute she got up to go do something.

We tried to stick it out and ignore the issues but when they called me today to yet again cancel, that was the last straw. People take off work and make plans around their appointments and they act like we are a bother because we can't just move things at the drop of a dime. We will miss Dr. Coble but we surely will not miss anything else.

Today Dr. Coble of Smiles on Trindle, replaced a mandibular crown for me. He skillfully gave me novacaine, prepared the crown base and then actually made the new crown in the office. No waiting for weeks sending it to a lab to be made. When finished, the crown fit perfectly. A crown completed in an hour and a half! Amazing. Thanks Dr. Coble! J. Black
