I must say I was extremely impressed with my visit to this clinic. I was a bit nervous going someplace new, but everyone was extremely friendly and nice. At first I thought it all seemed too good to be true. I had my crown work done 7 months ago and I haven't had any problems.

Life has been busy so I just got around to scheduling a cleaning. I was expecting to be booked multiple months out, but I will only be waiting about a month. I hope this experience will be just as good as the crown was.

My husband's Aunt recommended SmilesPlus when he had a dental emergency and was looking for a new dentist. They were able to accommodate him quickly and take care of his needs. So now I'm getting my dental work there too. There is almost no wait from the time you walk in until you are called to the back in fact, I didn't even have enough time to fill out the new patient paperwork before I was called back.

I've had dental issues since I was a kid, and pay had experiences with other dentists have made me avoid going. Dr. Ryan and the staff treat their patients with respect decency, no matter your situation.

I was disappointed by the cancellation of my appointment due to an alleged insurance issue (new job = new insurance). While the receptionist reported leaving a voicemail, I received no such message; the number displayed in my recent calls was unfamiliar and differed from both the automated system and online listings. However, I appreciate the hygienist's ability to fit me in for my cleaning.

The office facilities and equipment were modern and well-maintained.

The Smile Plus workers from the front desk to the exam room were very polite and welcoming, I am usually very nervous in the dentist chair. However not this time Michelle and Jackie's warm and friendly smiles as they reassured me I had nothing to be nervous about.
