Smile Solutions has been an answer to my prayers!!! I had been to ALL of the “Well known, tv advertised” dental implant places, only to be disappointed, ignored and totally unsatisfied. Don’t GO to them! I was so blessed when Smile Solutions opened a practice in Smithfield, NC. They have been so wonderful and am so grateful! Dr. Gragg has been amazing and I trust him with anything he says. He has been thorough, treated me like I was his only patient and I am so grateful. His entire staff has been so wonderful! They are ALL so knowledgeable, professional yet make me feel so special attending to all my needs and concerns.

They will do “the job” right. After dealing with other practices, I was a little hesitant going in, but they have proven themselves, over and over making sure I was getting the right and best treatment. They all definitely know what they are doing and my results with them prove it!!!! I feel bad for them because I came in when they opened the practicing Smith built and other dental implant places had done so much damage to my mouth. It was almost impossible to Repair. Dr. Gragg and his staff have worked endlessly to get me back to where I need to be, and I can never thank them enough.

You are not a number there you are a real person and they treat you like family and understand the situation and will make it right for you. I could go on and on they are wonderful. Again the entire staff is fabulous. I wish I could remember all of their names or how he spelled them, but there is not a single one who is not made me feel welcome, when I call, they know who i am and know my issues before I even say anything. Dental solutions in Smithville is the crown jewel of Dental implants. Do not waste your money or time anywhere else! They are unbelievably fabulous!!!! If you weren’t smiling, before you go in, you will definitely be smiling when you come out one way or another!!
