I recently had a root canal done by Dr. Osamah, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the care I received. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist Shaimaa greeted me warmly and made the check-in process quick and stress-free. She was kind, attentive, and made sure I felt comfortable right from the start. The dentist's assistant also was absolutely fantastic. He was super friendly, reassuring, and incredibly professional.

He walked me through each step of the prep process, made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure, and kept checking in to ensure I was doing okay. His calm and caring demeanor made a big difference and really helped ease any anxiety I had. Dr. Osamah was excellent—thorough in explaining the procedure, precise, and very gentle. The root canal itself went smoothly and was nearly painless. Most importantly, it worked perfectly—no more discomfort and pain- and my tooth feels completely back to normal.

This dental office is truly a team of professionals who care about their patients. I highly recommend Dr. Osamah and the entire staff for anyone in need of quality dental care. Thank you guys for making this experience exceed my expectations!!

I switched over to SmileVille Dentistry in the last year, and my previous two experiences have been pleasant enough. However, on May 2, 2025, I had what was without a doubt the most unpleasant and undignified experience I’ve ever had at a dentist in my whole life. The hygienist was rough in how she treated me - the word ‘manhandling’ is really the only thing that comes to mind. Honestly it felt borderline abusive. She pushed and pulled my head around for the entire 45 minutes I was with her. At various points she turned my head by hooking her finger in my cheek and yanking, or lifting my upper lip by hooking two fingers under and pulling up so her hand was hovering over my eyes/face. I felt more like an animal or practice dummy being used than a patient at a healthcare facility. She also at several points turned my face so that my head was pressed directly into her body - my ear to her stomach and my forehead to her breast.

I wish I was exaggerating. I would have moved if I didn’t think she’d just yank me back into place by my cheek again. I’m sure I don’t have to explain to you why this is all sorts of inappropriate. The dentist herself was also rough, but thankfully I was with her for less time. Her treatment was less undignified, but significantly more painful. I’m no stranger to dealing with a bit of pain at a cleaning, but twisting a mirror between my front teeth and lip until I physically recoil - after attempting to voice my pain twice - is too much, especially after having just dealt with the hygienist. I understand that not every experience will be perfect, but this isn’t my first time being at the dentist. This is not a normal way to treat patients, nor is it even remotely acceptable.

I certainly won’t ever be returning to this practice, nor will I be willing to recommend it to any of my friends or family. I switched over because of the convenient time slots, but it’s absolutely not worth dealing with everything that happened to me last Friday. I don’t want anything as compensation for that awful experience. Quite frankly there is nothing that could ever convince me to return. I'm simply writing this review because I think people should know how they can expect to be treated here.
