My daughter had her first appointment / consultation / assesment with Dr. Walker and her team. She has Downsyndrome and is very nervous with new people especially doctors. From the moment we walked in we were super impressed. It was decorated so beautifully with bright coloured animals and backgrounds. The waiting room was spotless and had a big screen tv playing Cocomelon which was impressive to my daughter.

In order to make her comfortable they had some bubbles when we were walking into her examination room, a baby doll on the dentist chair and even a tv on the ceiling playing Gabby and Friends. The dental assistant and the dentist herself were very friendly and confident in dealing with my daughter even with some push back from her. Dr. Walker had wonderful techiques that made it very successful and taught us so much about how to help our daughter going forward. I recommend this dental office to anyone with a child and especially people with children who have special needs / adhd. My only recommendation would be a lower tone of voice upon meeting the child.

Dr. Walker is so beautiful and full of life and enthuziastic to meet us. My daughter specifically is sensitive to voice volume and I have noticed she is quicker to calm when the new person is soft spoken. Dr. Walker was able to calm her quickly and left a wonderful impression.

Today was my daughter's first visit to this clinic and it was such amazing experience. From my first encounter booking the appointment I knew that we found the right place. The place is immaculate, state of the art equipment and the customer service is top notch. They are extremely great with the kids. As we walked in the receptionist not only greeted myself but got up to acknowledge and greeted my daughte. She was super excited as we pulled in the parking lot because of the bright murals with all the animals.

There was no wait as they book the appointments very efficiently. When the assistant ( sorry I forgot your name) open the door to take us in and came with a bubble machine I then wanted to be a patient at this clinic. The care they take to explain everything and to engage with my daughter I could tell she was in the best care. All my anxiety just disappeared. Dr. Walker not only are you an amazing dentist but your care and compassion really shines through.

Your assistant was also a true gem. I can't stop raving about the staff and this place and today was only my first visit. The fact that they have a separate room to discuss the care plan and payments just speaks volumes about the professionalism that you and your staff practice. Today was our first visit and I will not take my daughter anywhere else.

We had a great visit at Smirks and Smiles Kids Dentist! Dr. Walker and the entire staff were excellent—professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive. They made my child feel comfortable and at ease from the moment we walked in. It was an extremely fun experience—this is truly the Disney of kids' dentistry! 😊 The office is clean, kid-friendly, and well-organized.

Dr. Walker took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all our questions with patience and care. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a positive dental experience for their child! Thank you!
