Where to begin. . - > Don’t go here! This doctors staff is billing people illegally for services that they know their insurance does not cover and then sending them to collection when they can’t pay the crazy expensive bill. I called to have a teeth cleaning and suddenly I was being x-rayed 12 or15 times.

My insurance never covered that kind of thing EVER and I made it VERY CLEAR to the office I could only come in for what was covered under my insurance. They lied and said they had called my insurance and the ton of ex-rays were covered. My insurance company never got that phone call. When I couldn’t pay the exorbitant bill that came - right when COVID-19 set in, the office sent me to collection! WTH? These people are ripping off Medicare and Medicaid and charging good folks, crazy expensive bills that they know peoples insurance can’t cover.

My insurance covered The regular x-rays only. They charged me an additional $180. 00 for lots of extra ex-rays + never got my teeth cleaned.

I would do no stars if there was an option. I was highly disappointed with my experience. I scheduled a cleaning they ended up doing X rays instead (no cleaning). But I was told how important cleanings were for my teeth and that I need to come more often. I expressed concern about the cost due to my insurance only covering so many a year the dentist told me he didn’t care that it was expensive.

Usually I am offered solutions for the cost (ex: payments, discounts). I am a young mother that pays out of pocket for insurance and works full time I care about how expensive it is! I was very disappointed about how inconsiderate the dentist was especially to a first time patient. The x rays ended up not being covered under my insurance due to my age. They sent me a bill for $80 but told me to contact my insurance company because they “had never seen this before”. I did so and then I received a final notice 10 days late stating that they were going to send me to collections even though I contacted them and let them know I was in contact with my insurance.

I was so frustrated with this experience and would never recommend this office. I work full time and don’t get a lot of time off work so when I scheduled thinking I was going to get a cleaning and got nothing it was really a waste of my time especially if they are so important for me.

He's honest, trustworthy, and cares. They schedule you in ways that are best for your recovery and wallet. If the you need the work split they will work with you. All of my family sees Dr.

Elliott and we all would recommend him to everyone! In addition, I didn't have to wait at all, they were ready for me when I walked in. They personally get to know their patients and are ready to listen to your needs and concerns.

I was a new patient, and EVERYONE in the office was so professional. Dr. Michael Elliott was knowledgeable and very informative. The entire office was very up-to-date with modern equipment and it has such a pleasant environment. Dr. Michael Elliott really loves what he does. I had a great experience and will be coming back regularly. One of the best!!
