I’ve been going to Dr. Smoler for years. I have never been disappointed with the care I get. The entire staff is caring, efficient, and of course, knowledgeable. Dr. Smoler has taken me from the hassle of dentures to the beauty and comfort of implants. I thank them and would recommend them highly! You guys rock!

Honestly, just a little frustrated. The staff was super super nice when I went in for an exam, xray and cleaning, and even friendly this morning when I called with more questions. I unfortunately am uninsured, and can’t afford the work done quoted at the moment, the payment plans don’t apply to me. so I was hoping to take my xrays and quote around a bit, I need my tooth extracted asap.

They wanted an extra fee for duplicating the X-rays (there should be a fine print for this. ) and I didn’t even get/schedule a cleaning that was supposed to be included in with this new patient deal. At the most it would have nice to get the x-ray copies instead of the cleaning since they never mentioned even scheduling the cleaning. Just very confusing and frustrating if you’re uninsured, low income and have poor credit.

They came highly recommended and were very friendly besides this confusion. Just a fair warning if you fall into the same… financial place as me. I should have done more research; that’s on me.

Dr Smoler did a fast review of my implant that was done by him about ten years ago, still working well. But may need some bone graft because I probably didn’t take very good care of it. I had been to another dentist office for estimate of another tooth implant, I can tell Dr Smoler’s staffs are very well trained. Dr Smoler did a full review of my dental problems, and discussed what I may need to be done.

He asked his office manager to come in, and was able to give me the options for the treatment plans and related costs and possible insurance savings. I was also giving a quick tour of the facility, I was impressed with the advanced equipments added within last ten years. Dr Smoler and his wonderful staff took time to discuss and answer all my questions very gracefully and patiently. Over all I would definitely recommend this dental office to anyone!

I had such a great experience at Smoler Smiles!!!! From the moment I walked in, the staff was so kind, welcoming, and professional. My dentist and his assistant were amazing, super gentle, thorough, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. They really took the time to explain everything and answer my questions.
