I came here as a new patient after having a bad experience elsewhere. Everyone from the front staff, to the hygienist, check-out staff, & Dr. Chon was nice, informative, and didn't try to upsell me on any services. I didn't have to wait long before being called back & I also didn't have to wait long to get my teeth checked & cleaned.
My appointment was scheduled at 5:30pm, I got there at least 15-20 mins early & got out by 6:15pm on a weekday. They're not open on the weekends but they are open late one day during the week. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Dr. Lynh Hoang has great patience and her work is detailed. Rosemary, Daisy and Elsa, the administrative and technical staff are pleasant and professional. I had started a full mouth restoration with my dentist of 15 years when she abruptly retired. I looked for someone to complete the remaining extensive work. Two dentists/surgeons were not interested in picking up where my retired dentist left off. They would have if they could have gotten the surgery also, but I already use dental surgeons that I am happy with. I was also hesitant about unnecessary work being done. Dr.
Hoang's evaluation was thorough and she found that certain work didn't have to be done to get the smile I was looking for. The specialists worked very well with her and still have work to do, but their upcoming work didn't affect Dr. Hoang's work in getting my ugly teeth looking great. I found Dr. Hoang's office across the street from my home a 5 - 10 minute walk. She evaluated my teeth(what was left of them) and was confident she could complete the work. I also like the fact that she worked with the surgeons for implants, root canals and bone graphs. Dr. was right on in her evaluation and the specialists agreed and did the prep work needed to complete the caps.
The office has up-to-date equipment and processes, including infection control processes. My only advice to a patient using Dr. Hoang for this complex type procedure is to have patience. Dr. Hoang's insisted on thorough completion Accordingly, it took a little longer than I thought it would. This being said the results are well worth the time spent Dr. Hoang completed the work, the results are beyond my expectations. Submitted by Robert H. Labanowski

I originally came in 3 Months ago with severe tooth pain from another dental office that I was with for 14 years and they didn’t pay very close attention to my needs. I was desperate need for a new dental office I called smooth and they got me in wishing 24 Hours. SMOOTH DENTISTRY IS THE BEST IN THE GAME. They welcomed me with open Arms the staff was very informative and everyone made sure I felt great.
DOC fixed my problem I’m just leaving again today for my 3 Month cleaning and I feel AMAZING. I would highly recommend them to ANYONE I found a new home thank you to the amazing staff.

This is a great dental practice. The ladies up at the front are incredibly helpful and pleasant to interact with. Dr. Chon is kind, efficient, and quick while still being thorough. The office is clean and modern, in a - what I think to be - very convenient location. Make sure you book as far in advance as reasonably possible for your routine visits since appointments do tend to fill up.
