I recently had a wonderful experience at Smyrna Family Dentistry! As someone who gets anxious at the dentist, I was immediately put at ease by the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Kim was incredibly gentle and thorough, explaining everything clearly and patiently. Maggie, the hygienist, was fantastic - she made the cleaning process quick and comfortable while offering helpful tips for maintaining my oral health.

And Alex at the front desk was super efficient, making scheduling and billing a breeze. The entire team at Smyrna Family Dentistry is top-notch, and I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a caring and skilled dental practice.

I am a first time patient at this location and I will say it has been one of my best dental experiences yet. The entire staff from Jocelyne at the front desk to Dr. Kim himself, the care and attention is unmatched. I was helped by Bonnie and Jenny for my imaging and cleaning and they both showed great care and patience with me.

Dr. Kim is very caring and validating when it comes to my dental concerns. Jocelyne is a doll and helped me navigate my way into the office and through my next appointment. I love this environment and will remain a happy paying patient!

I had the absolute best dental experience imaginable! As someone who often feels anxious about anything medical or health-related, I was blown away by the warmth and professionalism of the entire team—from the front desk staff to the dental assistants and Dr. Kim himself. Dr. Kim (a fellow proud UGA alum—GO DAWGS!) took the time to sit with me, review my dental history, and listen to my concerns.

He made me feel truly heard and reassured me with his expertise and approachable manner. The cleaning itself was incredibly thorough, and I noticed a remarkable difference in my teeth right away—in the best way possible! Personally, the dentist is one of my absolute least favorite places to go. However, I will say that Smyrna Family Dentistry makes it about as pleasant as can be for those of us who dread our dental cleanings. Dr. Villar is always so incredibly mindful and personable - makes you feel totally at ease (even if he does have to drop the news that you've got a whopping amount of cavities). Selena at the front desk is wonderfully nice and welcoming at both check-in and check-out.

And lastly, Yvonne is a total lifesaver when it comes to cleanings. She remembers and takes notes of those items that cause a little extra sensitivity. My last appointment also included her providing the most wonderful approach to handle x-rays without going on a full gag party like I normally do. All around, Smyrna Family Dentistry makes going to the dentist just a little bit more bearable - they are truly awesome.
