I really like this dentist. Both James and Kenny are excellent at what they do and are very caring towards their patients. I have been going here since I was a young child and never had a bad experience.

What a great dentist! I had to have a crown done and Dr. To and his staff were so good. I have never had a more caring dental experience than I had here. I actually received a phone call the next day from the Dentist to check on me. Highly recommend them.

I've been going to Snohomish Dentistry for about 15 years. I trust Dr. To and he has always explained what work he is doing and always asks if I have questions or any pain. When there has been emergency work needed, they were very proactive in scheduling me quickly.

17 months. That's the time it took for these dentists to let me know my crown wasn't fitting properly & was collecting food/drinks, to now paying today alone, over $1600 to have the whole tooth removed. I developed an infection. They 1st started off by telling me it'd be "expensive to fix" and then when I got braces, they said they couldn't do anything until my braces were completed. I let them know I had a foul odor coming from the tooth, they did nothing. When all is said & done, I'll be paying over $2,800 out of pocket for the extraction and then the dental implant.
To say I'm upset, would be an understatement. They've also dismissed tooth pain my husband has been complaining about. My family & I have chosen a different dentist. We're also exploring legal options.
