They need to improve their customer service skills. I had an appointment at 11:15 am this morning and I was on my way and just a couple of minutes away and was projected to reach there at 11:24 am. Granted I was late and I didn’t expect to be late and I apologize . However I get a call and they informed that my appointment is cancelled today due to me not being there at 11:15 am although I was going be there at 11.

24am. If they are that inflexible then I do not ever want to go there and appointment get cancelled by them for literally 9 minutes late due to unexpected circumstances . I had to make a u turn and get home as I get a call when I was just about to reach there advising my appointment is cancelled.

Dr Chu is the absolute BEST! He's calm, caring and approaches any situation with such ease. My husband and I have been going to this practice for years and even after we've move out of state, still only go to him. All the folks here are fantastic and even with my extreme phobia of dentist are so kind and understanding.
