Great dentist! Entire staff is incredibly friendly. My wife and kids also see Dr. Sofranko and everyone at the office treats us like family. He even opened up shop just for me during Covid when everything was mostly closed and I had an emergency chipped tooth.

They did not honour the appointment and dental manager last was very rude and not ready to listen to any point we had to make just kept on saying I do not have you on my calendar even though we received a confirmation call for the appointment a day before. And we felt the behavior was very racist.
Looking at the consistency of review comments it appears everything happening could be with the knowledge of the doctor.

I've been a loyal patient of Dr. Sofranko's for over 15 years. Up until recently, I've had nothing but positive experiences at this office. Everyone has been friendly, attentive and just what you'd expect from a quality provider. That is, until they hired a new receptionist. I recently called to make my regular six month appointment and was told they were booking 6-7 months out.
(This has never happened before, so it seemed odd. ) When I explained that would cause me to completely miss my scheduled cleaning, she told me it was my fault for not making the appointment in advance, but I could be put on the cancellation list. I agreed, but said I felt I had no other choice but to look for another provider in the meantime, since I didn't want to risk missing a cleaning. At this point she refused and said if I wasn't going to make an appointment, she wouldn't put me on the list. After a few minutes of frustrating back and forth, she told me to just find another provider. So I guess she fired me as a patient? I wonder if Dr.
Sofranko knows she's treating his patients this way — especially those who have been seeing him for a very long time. I had no intentions of leaving this practice, but when the receptionist refuses to make the appointment you're left with no other choice. Very disappointed.

Friendly staff (Diane is amazing), thorough exams by the doctor and flexible with kids’ school schedules. We have been patients of Dr Sofranko for years and have always been happy with their services.
