Appointment was for 7 a. m. employees got in at 7:05 at 715 I left the office. Not the first time 6 months ago I showed up just to be told my hygenist called out.

Other time I showed for scheduled appointment and was told office was closed everybody was in training and once when I showed up at 7:05 because of traffic I was told I had to reschedule because i was late. In my 5 years going here I met the dentist once.

My teeth were perfectly clean by the end and that's what matters, but the process was arduous (due to the heavy tartar that always builds up on my lower teeth). My complaint is that I was asked to turn my head as far to the right as possible while opening wide and I had to keep this position throughout the cleaning procedure. I still have a stiff neck two days later. I don't recall having to hold this extreme right twist in my neck before. An hour is a long time to sit that way.

Also, the suction tool that hung in my mouth for collecting water from the high-powered water pick tool kept attaching to the side of my tongue and has created a couple of raised sores. I am happy with my clean teeth, but the aching neck and tongue post-appointment is unwelcome. Before leaving, I was told that they can't see me due to staff shortages until March (10 months away!).
