I don't recommend this office. Dr Solange is a nice person but I was completely disappointed with the treatment my kids received. The amount and types of treatment my insurance was billed had nothing to do with what they told me the kids received as treatment when I asked. My insurance still hasn't recognized one of the kids'treatment names cuz it was billed as unspecified like what? Their whole checking took like 15 mins which was very short for 2 kids and short compare to my own dentist visit experience. And 15 mins for all of the names that I was not told and that were billed, is just impossible. I asked for their X-rays to be emailed as would any dentist if asked, never received any pictures even after my insurance completed her billing process.

Short story, since I couldn't see what was up in the other rooms cuz I wasn't the patient, I think they scam me. Because my insurance received unspecified treatment names and they never responded to my X-ray request. Update 5-15-24 After our last visit, I was informed that my youngest daughter had no issue and was scheduled in 6 months. However my eldest daughter was supposed to return in 2 weeks for cavities removal. since I couldn't get their X-rays I have decided to take them to see my dentist Pera dentist on broad Street. Guess what, it turned out that my youngest actually needed braces and my eldest had no cavities.

Advice: in case any one goes there make sure you know what treatments you are getting and if the materials are up to date or working. Still waiting on my imaging. . .

I recently moved to Philadelphia from Florida. I’ve been searching to assemble my avengers team of health providers. I found my Dentist! The office team made it such a smooth and seamless process for me to be onboarded. My dentist met with care and intentionality.

She helped explain my dental issues in a way I could understand with ease. I have a game plan in place now to handle all my dental needs moving forward. Representation matters to me so that was a highlight! Definitely recommend this office if you are looking for a dental home!
