Dr McKinney pulled my wife’s (Kaye Price) tooth and put in an implant on the same visit. Very professional and nice dentist. The staff is very pleasant. Overall, for having a tooth pulled, my wife said it was a good place to go.

Just got my wisdom tooth pulled (17) man I had fun the whole time I could recall lol. They were pleasant from the intro to chair, made me feel comfortable and safe. Honestly the best ladies and best energy I’ve ever experienced while getting oral surgery. Doc must’ve had spirit fingers because he got my tooth out whole I loved that. And the awesome woman who prepped me I’d love to only have them again, the funniest and so helpful.

And s/o to whoever put me in the car, thank you again. Only downside is my bottom lip and chin have lost sensation. I’m unsure if it’s because they went too close to the nerve or not but hoping for full recovery soon.

I am currently 33 1/2wks pregnant with severe anxiety. As he was numbing my gum for my tooth extraction, he made sure I was okay and told me I was doing great. Him and the assistant walked out the room for just a minute to wait for the medicine to numb my gums. I then was so anxious, as I’ve never had dentist work, I passed out laying down in the chair.

I woke up to his assistant and another woman putting a cold towel on my forehead. I was extremely pale in color and his assistant stayed in the room with me and talked to me, making sure I was able to calm down, regain color, and be as comfortable as possible. Dr. McKinney came into the room and asked if I was okay, if I needed to lay on my left side, if there was anything he could do, and that he was going to give me a few more minutes so he didn’t cause stress on the baby.

He was very gentle during the whole tooth extraction and reassuring me the entire time, that I was doing an amazing job, letting me know everything he was doing and when I would feel pressure. I highly recommend going to Solomons in Mt Pleasant any time you need an Oral Surgeon. He did a phenomenal job and made me feel as comfortable as possible.

Dr. McKinney and his staff were Fantastic ! I couldn't ask for better treatment. They are friendly, patient, and really thorough. My tooth removal was quick and relatively painless. I'm recovering at a great pace now. Thank you guys !
